Shipping Information

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Subscription Boxes

• Subscription boxes are always processed and shipped on the same day of the month the subscription was purchased.

• Example: if Marco purchases his subscription on the 14th, his subscription order will be processed every 14th of the month.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• Shipments are generally sent via Swiss Post (Posta B / Economy).

• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after shipping.
