Return & Refund Policy (Apparel)

Thank you for shopping with Ellote Padel. Please note that the following policy applies exclusively to our clothing and apparel items.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn and unused.

  • With all original tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ellote-padel.com.

Important Notes:

  1. Returns must be sent to the following address: [Via Ronchetto 17, 6944 Cureglia, Switzerland]

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@ellote-padel.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale.

  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, in original packaging).


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ellote-padel.com.
