Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your selected apparel based on the duration and frequency you choose.

  • Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

  • Management: You can change or cancel your subscription whenever you like. Every order confirmation email includes a link to your order portal where you can manage your settings.

  • Refunds: For details on returning items received via subscription, please refer to our [Return Policy].


Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available.

  • Payment & Fulfillment: We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout. We will store your payment method securely and charge the full or remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Post-Fulfillment: Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can still request a refund or exchange once you receive the item by following the steps in our [Return Policy].
